How often should I clean my home?

It depends on your lifestyle, budget and how much you want cleaned in between visits.  Whatever you decide, you can call or email us so we can come up with a plan that suits your needs.

For customers with families, especially with children, you may benefit from a weekly recurring cleaning specifically because the areas that accumulate the most germs tend to be the kitchen and bathroom due to the high activity in using these two rooms daily.  Other benefits as part of the routine cleaning include reducing allergens by dusting, vacumming, mopping and changing bedding  weekly as recommended by the Sleeping

For customers who are single or child free but love to see their home constantly clean may benefit from a weekly or bi-weekly recurring cleanings.

For customers who travel a lot on business may benefit from a once a month cleaning.

Question 2

How long does a cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of your home and any extra services you seek.  The first initial  Deep Cleaning takes twice as long as a recurring Standard Cleaning because we perform a top to bottom cleaning of your home to get it up to a cleaning standard for routine cleanings.  Typically, Deep Cleanings can take anywhere from 5-9 hours.

Do I need to put anything away before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

The more items you leave out, the more time your cleaner has to spend decluttering. Please store or notify us of any specific items that are fragile such as heirlooms, furniture, artwork etc. that we should not clean or touch during our visit.

Question 4

Does your company move furniture when cleaning?

Accepted Answer

The safety of our employees is extremely important. To decrease the risk of injury we do not move heavy objects.

Does your company guarantee its work?

Absolutely!

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can remedy the issue as soon as possible.  Our goal is to make sure that you feel that our work was more than satisfactory.  You deserve 100% satisfaction.

Question 6

Are all the products that you use environmentally friendly and non-toxic to my family or pets?

Accepted Answer

All of our products are eco-friendly but we may use other brands of cleaners particularly for the inside of toilets and stove tops.  Some clients also provide their own cleaning supplies but we ask that clients provide instructions on how to use the supplies.  We do not assume responsibility for any damage use of clients products.

Question 7

Is it possible to have my house cleaned on weekends, evenings, or holidays?

We currently have weekend appointments available from 8:00am to 4:00pm and evenings during the week from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Holidays
Karinas Kleaning & Organizing LLC does not do holiday visits.
If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.  The following holidays will be observed:

Question 8

Do I need to tip my cleaner?

Accepted Answer

While tipping is not uncommon, it is optional.
